Returns & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority at Global Girls.

The refund process must be initiated online by the customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days of shipping of the merchandise.  Through the online system the customer will obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA).  No returns will be accepted without an RA number.

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) calendar days after the RA number has been generated.

Damaged goods will be replaced whenever possible; if the item is no longer available the customer’s money will be refunded (including shipping charges).

We are not able to accept worn or altered items unless defective. All returned items must be in the same condition in which they were purchased. We have the right to reject returned merchandise if it does not meet our return policy requirements.

Shipping charges are non-refundable; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent by U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FEDEX or other traceable carrier. For your own security, we recommend that the return package be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise and have tracking information for your reference.  GLOBAL GIRLS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.  We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

SALE MERCHANDISE is FINAL SALE unless you wish to exchange the same item for another size. To do this, please contact us at linda@shopglobalgirls.com

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be credited back to the original method of payment within seven (7) business days of return receipt of the merchandise less shipping charges. We will email you proof that the return has been executed. 

Please be aware that some credit card returns can take up to 30 business days for banks to complete, depending on their processing time. Processing time can vary between card issuers and unfortunately, we don’t have any control over this.  

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, please email us at linda@shopglobalgirls.com and let us know the reason for the exchange and what you would like instead. We will reply to you within the 72 hours as to how to proceed.

Global Girls’ sandals and accessories are all handmade. We are committed to offering well crafted products that look good and wear well.  There may be slight variations in color, texture and finishing of the shoes.  These are not considered flaws but rather part of the handmade appeal.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Returns are accepted on all items purchased online unless otherwise noted in the item description.
 

Gifts

If you have received Global Girls merchandise as a gift and would like to exchange it for something else, please email us at linda@shopglobalgirls.com to begin the exchange process.  We will issue you a Return Authorization number and you will need to return the gift within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the RA.

We will contact you with exchange information after we received your return.

Returns & Exchange Policy for Merchandise Purchased at our Retail Shows

Your satisfaction is our highest priority at Global Girls.

Shoes, belts and collars purchased at one of our festivals may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and show no signs of wear. 

If you wish to make an exchange, please email linda@shopglobalgirls.com to begin the exchange process.  We will issue you a Return Authorization number and you will need to return the item within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the RA.  Please do not send merchandise to us without being issued a return authorization.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Items ordered that are unavailable

Occasionally we may not have the item in stock, despite the website showing it as available.  If an item you ordered is not available, we will attempt to contact you to let you know. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order for that item and will fulfill all other available items on the order. We will not substitute any item without your prior permission.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased.
